Returns - Yalla2Print

•  You can submit a request to replace a product from Yalla2Print within 14 days or 30 days in some products if the order has a manufacturing defect in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency Law

•  You cannot exchange products unless there is an apparent defect in them, for example, you cannot exchange or return a product because you have only changed your mind by buying.

•  You cannot replace a product based on the inappropriateness of the size for you or your desire to change the size, because all sizes of the products are shown in detail in centimeters and you can review them on the product page before ordering, and also because the product is printed specifically upon your request for it, if you order a size by mistake and want to replace it, we will not be able to sell the product again because it was printed specifically for you.

•  The product must be in its original condition with all its original contents and packaging.

• The product is replaced with a new product if there is an apparent defect, within 7 working days, from the time the original product is returned to the company.

•  In the event of returning the product, Yalla2Print bears the fees for returning the product to it again only, with the customer bearing the fees for receiving the product
